Coaching with Matt Oechsli

Overview

Matt Oechsli personally coaches five teams per year - elite teams who want nothing but the best. His coaching assignments last for a minimum of one year, including two full day on-site meetings and biweekly coaching sessions. This is high-level access to the industry's top performance coach!

FIRST ON-SITE

Matt Oechsli will...

• Provide a personal assessment of your team's dynamics, personnel issues, and overall strengths and weaknesses
• Clarify existing roles, responsibilities, and procedures
• Review all collateral materials, including website
• Review team business plan and annual goals
• Meet individually with partners
• Meet with support personnel (individually if time permits)
• Develop a "Metrics Scorecard" to begin measuring team progress
• Define a clear team objective as a result of coaching
• Develop specific actions steps for partners to be executed prior to the initial bi-weekly coaching session
• Meet with entire team to communicate the objectives and get buy-in

SECOND ON-SITE (approximately 6 months from initial on-site)

Matt Oechsli will...

• Meet with the entire team for review and update of team progress towards objectives
• Assess progress made on specific team areas, to include:
  
• business development
• practice management
• client loyalty
• wealth management
• team leadership
• Review roles and responsibilities; refining where necessary
• Presenting a 6-month scorecard on team progress
• Strengthening accountability of all team members
• Strengthening communication amongst team member
• Reviewing and re-committing to initial coaching objective

Bi-weekly Coaching Sessions

Each session will last 45-60 minutes and involve...

• Senior team members
• Support staff will be welcome on specific coaching calls
• Review of the progress of all project assignments
• Partner accountability for executing activities that were committed to being performed
• Feedback session - questions and answers regarding specific team issues; rainmaking, personnel, process, etc.
• Homework - action commitment - that are to be executed prior to the next coaching session
  

24/7 Access

Team leader will have personal access to Matt through his personal cell phone and personal email throughout the duration of the team coaching process.
