Management Coaching

The leadership factor - nothing is more critical to the world of financial services in today's turbulent times. Financial advisors are paralyzed, there's firm consolidation, distractions abound, and there's more talent on the move than ever before. We are committed to guiding managers through these tough times both in helping their advisors and their own careers.

We've joined forces with a select group of industry executives to create a one-of-a-kind coaching program for executives and managers at all levels. As with all of our coaching programs - the focus is on ACTION; doing the right actions, the right way, to the right target audience.

Our training encompasses a wide variety of management issues:

- Improving your leadership and management skills
- Getting more from every member of your group
- Increasing discipline and goal focus
- Recruiting high-level talent
- Helping you advance your career paths.
