  • The client acknowledges that the availability of names is subject to legal and domain name regulations, and Oechsli cannot guarantee the availability of a specific name.
  • The client agrees to provide timely feedback and collaborate with Oechsli to finalize a name that best represents the client’s brand.
  • Oechsli will not be held responsible for any legal disputes or trademark infringement arising from the selected name.
