The days of canned, boilerplate email newsletters are coming to an end. Our program is designed to both educate your clients and prospects and help them to get you know you personally. You’ll have a newsletter your clients actually want to read.

Terms and Conditions

  • This program requires a minimum six-month commitment. After the initial six months, the services go month-to-month until you notify us you want to cancel.
  • Unsent or incomplete newsletters do not roll over from month to month.
  • Newsletter template and header revisions are handled according to your selected tier:
    • Standard Tier: Template customization is limited to logo placement and brand colors. No structural or design changes are included after template selection.
    • Plus Tier: One (1) round of structural template edits is included during the initial build process. Any additional template changes after final approval will be billed at $150 per hour.
    • Premium Tier: One (1) complimentary round of header changes and one (1) complimentary round of template changes are included after finalization. Additional header or template changes beyond those included will be billed at $150 per hour.
  • Any redesign requests, significant structural changes, or new template builds outside of the included revisions may incur additional charges.
  • Monthly forms are sent in the first week of each month. You have 10 days to provide responses to your prompt. Late prompt submissions are subject to delays and potential forfeiture of your newsletter for that month.
  • Once we receive your completed form, we will have a first draft to you within a 7-business-day window.
  • Last-minute requests are subject to rush fees. This includes, but is not limited to:
    • Needing a draft of a newsletter in less than the standard 7 business day turnaround
    • Same-day edits
    • Submitting materials with fewer than 7 business days in the month
  • Oechsli is not responsible for materials once they have been delivered to the client. Files are expected to be maintained and properly saved by the client once received.
  • Revisions are limited based on your selected service tier:
    • Standard Tier: One (1) round of revisions per month
    • Plus Tier: Two (2) rounds of revisions per month
    • Premium Tier: Three (3) rounds of revisions per month
  • Additional revision rounds beyond those included in your tier will be billed at $150 per hour.
  • All revision requests must be submitted within ten (10) calendar days of receiving your newsletter draft. Revision requests submitted after the ten-day window may be subject to production delays and potential forfeiture of that month’s newsletter.
  • Unused revisions do not roll over to future months.
  • Oechsli is not responsible for maintaining, changing, or adding contacts or subscribers to your newsletter.
  • Clients in the Plus and Premium tiers are permitted two late content submissions per year. Past that, content is voided if not submitted on time.
  • Oechsli is not responsible for the upload/management of your newsletter to your website.
  • Email distribution is available only for clients who provide Oechsli with login access to a supported email marketing platform. If access is not provided, the client is responsible for uploading, formatting, scheduling, and sending the newsletter. Oechsli will supply a completed HTML or copy-ready file but is not responsible for platform limitations, formatting issues, or delivery performance once files are provided or scheduled.
  • Client agrees to the Cancellation Policy: Three Options for Early Termination. Oechsli has a fair but firm cancellation policy. Clients wishing to cancel services prior to their contract end-date have three options:
    • 1) Take a Break: Client is eligible to take a one-month break from the program once per year. This stops the billing for a month but adds a month to the contract end-date.
    • 2) Buy Out Your Contract: If the Client would like to cancel services entirely, they may do so by paying 50% of the remaining contract. For example, if the Client has three months of payments left totaling $1,500, they would pay $750 to end early. Services would end on the date of the buy-out. This does not apply to those who have prepaid for services, as we do not provide refunds.
    • 3) Stick it Out: Client and Supplier did agree to a contract minimum. Supplier is happy to meet and discuss ways to make the most of the Client’s time left in commitment.
