Terms and Conditions

• Commitment: This program requires a minimum six month commitment. After the initial six months, the services go month-to-month until you notify us you want to cancel.
• Rollovers: We produce up to two videos per month. Unused videos do not roll over from month to month.
• Video Format: We must receive your video in one continuous clip, not multiple clips to be pieced together. We cannot accept video submissions that are longer than 10 minutes in length or larger than 10GB in size.
• Extended Films: Each final exported video has a maximum length of 5 minutes. If a video exceeds this length, we charge an additional $150 for every 5 minute increment. 
• Intro and Outro Edits: These elements are considered final upon onboarding approval. Should these elements need adjustment, there will be a fee of $600 to edit the project.
• Extra Videos: Any video edited in addition to your monthly subscription comes at the rate of 50% of the monthly program cost.
• Video Backups: Oechsli will only retain three months’ worth of footage received and project files. The client is responsible for archiving all remaining materials.
• Non-Traditional Project: Our video editing service does not include specialized services such as editing webinars, long-form videos, or videos with extensive animation. These types of projects require unique resources and therefore will be scoped and priced on an individual basis. If you are interested in a non-traditional project, please contact us to discuss your specific needs and receive a quote. 
• Turnaround Time: Our goal is to provide a 48 hour turnaround time for each of your videos. If you submit multiple videos on the same day, we will aim to have the first one ready within 48 hours. However, please note that if you submit a video to us within the last 4 days of the month, the turnaround time may be delayed by an additional 48 hours.
• Revisions: If you would like to make any changes to your video after it has been delivered, you may request two rounds of revisions submitted via our review tool. Compliance should be involved in one of these two rounds of revisions. Please also note that any requests for revisions must be made within 10 days of the delivery of the initial video. 
• Excessive Revisions: The two rounds of revisions should not be an overhaul of the video or the structure. We ask for concise and compiled commentary sourced from all necessary stakeholders. If your revision request is deemed excessive additional fees may apply.
• Clients should notify Oechsli if equipment is not in good working condition within 15 business days after receipt.  Within that window, Oechsli will replace non-working or damaged equipment at no additional cost.
• All videos created in partnership with Oechsli are considered owned material of the client.
