Terms and Conditions

• I agree to at least 6 months of services. My first payment will be charged immediately and subsequent payments will be charged every 30 days. After 6 months, the service will continue month-to-month until I request cancellation.
• Oechsli ads are copyrighted material but there is no requirement to reference Oechsli.
• You may not resell or give Oechsli ads to others.
• There are no refunds in the event that an ad is not run throughout a month due to revisions, compliance, or other circumstances.
• Oechsli will make every reasonable effort to post ads that are appropriate for my audience, but I agree that Oechsli shall not be liable for posts. I am responsible for reviewing posts made by Oechsli to ensure consistency with branding, messaging, and compliance standards. Without limiting the foregoing, Oechsli disclaims all warranties, express or implied with regard to the services provided as part of the program.
• You have the option to choose between two ad networks, Facebook or LinkedIn, for your advertising needs. Both networks serve similar purposes.
• You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding advertising, including but not limited to the Facebook or LinkedIn policies.
• The ad placement, targeting, and keywords are determined by Oechsli, but you may provide input and suggestions.
• You acknowledge that ad results may vary and that Oechsli does not guarantee specific results such as impressions, clicks, or conversions.
• You grant Oechsli the right to use your logo, brand name, and other branding materials for the purpose of creating and promoting the ads.
• You agree to promptly review and approve or reject all ad drafts and final products provided by Oechsli. You may request 3 revisions per ad within 10 days of receiving ads.
• Additional ads are billed at $200/mo per ad.
• Running the same ad on a separate platform is billed at $99/mo per ad.
• You agree to indemnify and hold Oechsli harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from or related to your use of the Social Ads service.
• If you cancel the Social Ads service, you understand that all ad content, data, and reporting will be deleted and cannot be recovered.
• Oechsli reserves the right to terminate the Social Ads service at any time, with or without cause, upon written notice to you.
• These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Oechsli is located and you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction in the event of any dispute.
• These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Oechsli and supersede all prior negotiations, understandings, and agreements, whether written or oral, relating to the Social Ads service.
