Terms and Conditions

I agree to at least 6 months of services. My first payment will be charged immediately and subsequent payments will be charged every 30 days. After 6 months, the service will continue month-to-month until I request cancellation.

• Oechsli content is copyrighted material.
• You do not have to reference that your content came from Oechsli.
• You may not resell or give Oechsli content to others.
• Oechsli will make every reasonable effort to post content that is appropriate for my audience, but I agree that Oechsli shall not be liable for posts. I am responsible for reviewing posts made by Oechsli to ensure consistency with branding, messaging, and compliance standards. Without limiting the foregoing, Oechsli disclaims all warranties, express or implied with regard to the services provided as part of the Social Content program.
• Additional custom designs are priced at $150 each.
• I agree to the Cancellation Policy: Three Options for Early Termination. We have a fair but firm cancellation policy. Those wishing to cancel services prior to their contract end-date have three options:
  • 1) Take a Break: You are eligible to take a one-month break from the program once per year. This stops the billing for a month but adds a month to the contract end-date.
  • 2) Buy Out Your Contract: If you would like to cancel services entirely, you may do so by paying 50% of the remaining contract. For example, if you have three months of payments left totaling $1,500, you would pay $750 to end early. Services would end on the date of the buy-out. This does not apply to those who have prepaid for services as we do not provide refunds.
  • 3) Stick it Out: We did agree to a contract minimum and we hope you will stick to that. We are happy to meet and discuss ways to make the most of your time left with us.
• Design source files are not provided.
• Standard: You may modify Oechsli content to fit your needs (adding logos, changing colors, etc.), but we do not provide instructions for doing so.
• Standard: Oechsli only provides JPEG files, not the underlying design files.
• Standard: An individual license to use Oechsli content means one person may use the content across their social channels.
• Standard: New content replaces the following month’s content on the 1st of each month. Download each month’s content before it expires.
• Plus & Premium: A team license to use Oechsli content means one financial team (limit 5 people) may use the content across each team member’s social channels.
• Premium: If you sign up before the 15th of the month, content is sent within 2 weeks of your kick-off call (e.g., If you sign up on August 5th, you receive content for September). If you sign up after the 15th of the month, content is sent within 4 weeks of your kick-off call (e.g., If you sign up on August 17th, you receive content for October.)
