Terms and Conditions
Subject to the Terms and Conditions included in the Master Service Agreement between Raymond James and The Oechsli Institute, Inc. dated 9/4/2020. For purposes of clarification, the Terms and Conditions included in the Master Service Agreement between Raymond James and The Oechsli Institute, Inc., .dated 9/4/2020, supersede the Oechsli Institute, Inc. Additional terms or assumptions
- Client should notify Supplier if equipment is not in good working condition within 15 business days after receipt.
- Supplier must replace non-working or damaged equipment at no additional cost, as soon as notice from Client is received.
- Supplier’s max video length is five minutes.
- If the Client wants a longer video edited, it’s $100 for every extra five minutes.
- Supplier includes one revision of each video at no additional cost. Additional revisions are $50 each.
- If the Client needs additional videos beyond what their plan includes, videos are $100 each.
- The video package selected includes up to two videos. Supplier will produce up to that amount of videos. Unused videos do not roll over from month to month.
- The Supplier does not provide refunds for services provided.
- Those wishing to cancel services prior to their contract end-date have two options:
- Client is eligible to take a one-month break from the program once per year. This stops the billing for a month but adds a month to their contract end-date.
- If the Client would like to cancel services entirely, they may do so by paying 50% of the remaining contract. For example, if they have three months of payments left totaling $1,500, they would pay $750 to end early. Services would end on the date of the buy-out.
- Client will provide approved logo and compliance approved disclaimer.
- Client will submit final video to compliance for approval before use.
- Client will submit final video through appropriate Client platforms for inclusion on their website, social media, email, etc.
- All revision requests are due within ten days of receiving the film. Revisions sent after the ten day period are subject to an additional editing fee.
