  • The Standard program includes an individual license to use Supplier’s content. This means one person can use the designs on their social media accounts. The Plus and Premium programs include a Team license, which means one financial team (limit 5 people) may use the content across each team member’s social channels.
  • The number of revisions depends on the program selected. In Standard, Supplier does not provide any revisions. In Premium, Supplier provides unlimited revisions. In Plus, Supplier provides Client with one round of revisions, which includes edits to the captions and tweaks to the designs. Client may decline certain designs, but replacements will not be provided.
  • The current niche offerings include business owners, women, Millennial/Gen-X, executives, and medical professionals.
  • Client will provide branding guidelines to Supplier and compliance approved logo.
  • Client will submit any planned marketing campaign activities and content to Compliance prior to execution by Supplier.
  • Client will submit through RJ Connect: profile updates and social media content unless a Supplier delegate is approved.
  • For Supplier delegate posts on behalf of Client end user
    • If Client supervision has an issue with the post, it is denied for Client end user use regardless of whether or not the Client end user permitted Supplier delegate to post it on their behalf.
    • Client supervision is not accountable for any posts that are compliant with supervision rules and regulations, if posted by Supplier delegate without Client end user approval. Example – If Client supervision approves the post, but the Client end user did not intend for Supplier delegate to post it and the Client disagrees, that is between Supplier and the Client.
    • Rejections will go back to the Client end user, not Supplier delegate.
  • Supplier does not provide refunds for services provided.
  • There are two options to cancel services prior to contract end-date:
Client is eligible to take a one-month break from the program once per year. This stops the billing for a month but adds a month to their contract end-date.
If the Client would like to cancel services entirely, they may do so by paying 50% of the remaining contract. For example, if the Client has three months of payments left totaling $1,500, the Client would pay $750 to end early. Services would end on the date of the buy-out.
  • Client will notify Supplier via email to request service cancellation
